After updating your Medulla installation, an additional step is required to enable support.

Please download the following file to your server:

/etc/mmc/plugins/security.ini.local

This file must then be sent to your sales representative.

This step activates your access to support and related services.

Important:
After support is activated, if the Update module (WSUS) is still inaccessible or does not contain any Updates, please refer to the following FAQ:
