Messages
This page displays the history of text messages sent to devices. Unlike push messages, which trigger technical actions, these messages are intended to be read by the user directly on the device via the Pager app installed by the MDM agent.
A filter allows you to restrict the display by status: Sent, Delivered, or Read.
For each message, the information displayed includes: the recipient device, the date and time sent, the delivery status, and the message content.
To send a new message, click the corresponding button.
The form allows you to specify:
- Send to: the recipient. Four options are available: a specific device, a group, a configuration, or all devices.
- Message: the text to be displayed on the device.
